Shipping Policy
General Shipping Information
Shipping Origin:
Products may ship from warehouses in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, or in some cases the United States. Orders shipping from U.S. locations may experience longer delivery transit times.
Most orders are delivered within 1–5 business days via Canada Post, FedEx and Purolator (sometimes UPS or LTL).
Shipping transit:
Estimated transit times are based on shipments from our Montreal warehouse and may vary if items are shipped from a different location.
Shipping Cut-off:
Orders for in-stock items placed after 2 PM ship the next business day.
** We do not ship on weekends.
PO Box Deliveries:
Only Canada Post can deliver to PO Boxes. Orders to PO Boxes may face delays as they must first ship to our Montreal office before final delivery.
Holiday Season Delays:
Expect delays of 4–14 days during holidays, even with overnight services.
Shipping charges are non-refundable due to courier delays (weather or otherwise).
For tracking and delay updates, please contact the carrier directly (Canada Post, FedEx).
Lost/Stolen Packages:
DeployDepot.ca is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages unless due to our error.
Please open claims with the carrier and/or local police if necessary.
We verify addresses and require signatures for high-value orders to minimize such incidents.
Shipping Rates
Flat Rate Shipping:
$18 for Quebec and Ontario metropolitan areas
$22 for other major Canadian metropolitan areas
Flat rate does not guarantee delivery times and excludes remote postal codes, oversized, or overweight items.
Weight-Based Shipping:
Shipping costs for items are based on size and weight, rounded up to the nearest pound.
Some heavy/large items (e.g., 50"+ displays) may require LTL shipping or incur tailgate fees or handling fees — we will contact you before shipping if applicable.
Unclaimed Packages:
Returned packages due to non-pickup will incur a restocking fee equal to the original shipping and return shipping costs.
Important Shipping Notes
Tracking Information:
Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment.
Please check your junk folder if you don't see it.
Signature Requirements:
We require signatures on shipments to protect against theft and fraud.
Requests to "leave packages on doorsteps" will be ignored for most orders.
Billing/Shipping Address Mismatch:
Orders with mismatched addresses may be delayed or cancelled.
Use matching addresses to avoid issues.
Montreal Pickup Option
Pickup by Appointment Only:
After placing your order, we will email you the pickup address.
You must confirm a pickup time by replying to this email.
No walk-ins — we are an e-commerce operation.
Pickup Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekend pickups).
Same-Day Pickup:
Not all items are available for immediate pickup.
Please contact us to confirm availability before coming.
U.S. Shipping
We do not currently ship to the United States from our Canadian warehouses
