Refunds & Returns Policy
You may return most new, sealed, unopened, and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Otherwise, return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Requests for refunds outside the 14-day window may be declined or offered as store credit instead.
Important Notes:

Licenses are non-returnable.

Opened Monitors, Computers, Hard Drives, Graphics Cards, RAM, UPS devices, and Batteries are not eligible for return (with some exceptions; however, a restocking fee will apply).

Orders over $1,000 (non-defective) are subject to a restocking fee equal to the credit card processing fee (2.5%–3%).
We are not refunded this processing fee by our payment provider and must pass this on. Please double-check your order or contact our team (info@deploydepot.ca) before purchasing. Full store credit may be an option for approved returns.

Special Order Parts (items not typically stocked) are non-returnable without special exemption.

Logitech / Logi items are non-returnable; support and warranty claims must be handled directly with Logitech.

Ergotron products cannot be returned once opened (even if the tape is merely cut). All Ergotron sales are final once opened.

If a return label is provided and the product is found not defective, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
We inspect all items before shipment. Please be honest about the reason for your return; we will treat you fairly.
Returns of Opened Items:
Items that have been opened but are still complete (with all parts, accessories, and manuals intact — excluding Batteries, UPS devices, Used Headsets, Hard Drives, and other non-returnable items) may be eligible for return within 14 days, but:

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

A restocking fee between 10%–35% will be applied, based on the product type and its resale condition.

Items missing parts, accessories, manuals, documentation, or with damaged original packaging are not eligible for return.

No returns will be accepted without original packaging.

Return Authorization (RMA):
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns sent without an RMA will be rejected and returned at the sender's expense.

Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks:

If received DOA or fails within 14 days (excluding accidental damage):
We will provide a return label at no cost to you.

If fails within 1 year of purchase (excluding accidental damage):
Buyer is responsible for return shipping; please contact us to obtain an RMA.
Damaged or Lost Items in Transit:

Report damages or losses within 14 days of delivery.

Packages are insured up to $100 by default (Canada Post / FedEx standard).
Higher insurance coverage must be arranged after placing your order by emailing info@deploydepot.ca.

We will repair or replace damaged (incidental within warranty) items free of charge.
If the model is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
