The Avaya 1403 digital desk phone is compatible with Avaya IP Office only. On the phone’s interface are three administrative keys with dual-color LEDs to indicate statuses and other features. Dedicated keys on the interface make it easy to access call management functions such as mute, volume, hold, conference, transfer, drop and redial, as well as the speakerphone and the menu.
